need help, truck wont start

I have a 2006 6.0L kingranch, i had a remote start installed last week, i got it back ran fine, remote starter worked great, friday when i went to use it it would not start. I had my batteries tested they were dead, so i replaced my batteries and tried starting. It did not start at first but it ended up starting up, i let it run for a little then turned it off, and turned it back on and started up no problem, and drove it the rest of the day and it was fine. Yesterday i go to start it and it would not start, it is cranking but will not start. Any help would be great. Thank you.
