Is my FICM bad?

Trying to diagnose whats wrong with my truck, so i just wanted to get some opinions

The symptoms are:

-Rough start at anything lower than 40-ish degrees, i have to roll the keys about 3 times and sometimes hold the RPMS around 1000 otherwise it will die

-While warming up from a cold start, every once in a while it lopes a bit (probably every 10 seconds or so until its warm). The idle will drop for a fraction of a second than catch back up to normal idling.

-Fairly noticeable turbo lag

The truck also used to misfire around 65mph/1800 rpms when driving through the mountains here, but it hasnt done that since i've ran 5000 miles worth of rev-x through it

I just scanned the truck on a cold start with an obd2, and got nothing.

Im planning on putting a straight pipe exhaust system and hopefully some custom tunes here in the near future, but i figured i better find out whats going on first.
