mystery sound on my 05 6.0

It's been driving me nuts and costing me fuel and power. Anyone got any ideas? Read the description. Thanks for your time!

It used to hit 30ish psi before but now it maxes out at 20-22ish. Not much smoke and the tranny feels ok. I've looked for leaks but can't seem to find em, do you know any tricky spots? Thanks skooter!

the boot that goes on the turbo for the charge pipe cracked on the back mine. best way i found to find boost leaks is take all the boots off visually inspect them if they check out ok make sure your getting a tight seal on them but dont over torque the clamps cause it will tear the boots and make em leak.
