Running rough at start up

I have just purchased a 2006 F350 with the 6.0 in it. When I bought it about a month ago everything was running fine. Now that the temperatures are starting to get cold at night (below 10 degrees F) the truck is starting extremely hard when its not plugged in. When I do get it running and let it warm up for a good 15-20 minutes it still runs rough for the first mile or so and the transmission does not like to shift up in gears. Above 2000rpm the truck puts out a lot of blue smoke and the exhaust does not smell good. Does this sound like an injector problem? Dealership records show the injectors were all replaced at 92,000 miles. The truck currently has 175,000 on it.

Just got word from the dealership after 3 days... it needs a new FICM. Gonna run my about 1100 after diagnosis, parts, labor and reprogramming.

I picked the truck up last Friday and it started and idled really great. Still had a lack of power under load though. The dealership took it back on Monday morning and figured out the fuel pump was weak and would fluctuate pressure to the injectors. Just got it back this morning and it is running like brand new.

I agree!!! The dealership was not my first choice but they could get my truck in the quickest.

That price included a transmission diagnosis for a check tranny light and the driveability diagnosis... each was over $150 a piece.
