OIL ON GLOW PLUGS

I'm tearing my truck down for head gaskets and when I pulled my glow plugs out all but one were coated with oil. The first one I pulled out about a week ago was not coated with oil but the rest I pulled today were all coated. I will be doing a compression test tomorrow afternoon before tearing down further. Any info on whether this is normal or is pointing to a problem would be appreciated.

115,000, I checked today and there didn't seem to be any oil in the cylinders, looks like there is a metal cup that the plugs go through and oil had seemed to collect in those cups and probably coated the plugs when pulling them out. Compression test appears OK so it doesn't seem I have blown gaskets, just a blown EGR cooler but it's torn down this far and I have gaskets and studs so going to go ahead and change them out.
