Heater Trouble please help!

Hey guys, noticed a lot of Heater issues on the forum, good time of year for these problems to start happening. My issue is my Heater fan makes lots of noise but doesent blow air, on max setting I am only getting air flow equivelent to 2 notches. I have the electronic climate control, and I get the same issue with heat or A/C. COuld this be a clogged inlet to the blower? or another problem. Any advice would be great.

im having the same problem. I put in a New motor and it works, but it doenst blow hard at all but makes LOTS of noise. Is there a filter somewhere?
