Electrical Issues - Please Help

I'm an idiot who managed to drain his batteries. Charged them up this morning, both are reading around 12.5v. Truck starts and runs fine, but I have no power to the instrument cluster, windows, radio, dome light, mirrors. No blown fuses. No clue as to what's wrong. Anyone have any idea what I'm missing?

Are there any in line fuses or relays that aren't under the dash panel?

So pulled all the fuses again and tested them. All good. Pulled the relays out and tested those. All good. Frustrated and irritated I put all the fuses and relays back in their proper places and now everything works again. I don't get it, but at least something worked!
