04 6.0 hard start issue w/video!!

Been having this problem for about 2 months now..truck only has the issue after it has sat for atleast 8 hours..this is what I deal with every morning..trucks been scanned at Ford and there's no codes n I replaced the icp cause it did at first have a icp low code..but didn't fix problem.. http://static.photobucket.com/player...128_153335.mp4
