problems with the horn

Hello everybody. I am having problems with my horn. I have a 2003 f250 crew cab 6.0 powerstroke.

The problem with my horn is... well its not working. I hear the relay click. i checked the fuse, and it was blown. I replaced the fuse and the horn still does not work, but the relay still clicks.

From what I read, the horn is under the passenger headlight. Is this correct?

Also any ideas or suggestions will help out a lot. Thanks in advance.

yes the horn is under the front passenger side fennder well, might want to take that off, get an ohm meter and start tracking, sorry i cant help more than that
