White Smoke...?

Well Friday I dropped my friend off at his house, truck is running great no problems. He opens up the door and my truck is puking white smoke out the exhaust. Two weeks before I noticed that my truck's fan kept coming on and the Temp gauge fluctuating. I found that there was no coolant so I filled it up. Now there is no coolant....Truck is running great, no power loss at all. Its not overheating anymore but there still isnt any coolant. It really only blows the white smoke at startup and maybe a 1/2 mile down the road. I had the EGR replaced less then 2 months ago. Truck has 111,000 miles and the only mod is 4 inch Straight Pipe TB. Any ideas? I was thinkin headgasket but wouldnt it always puke white smoke, and ****ty idle/power loss? Help!!

I had a 95 pukin out white smoke the first day I bought it...took it back and it had a crack in the head by the high pressure oil passage ways...If you have a blown head gasket then you would prob be over heating and pukin coolant out the overflow...Whats your oil look like and has it used any since this started???

I didnt get the extended warranty, **** I wish I would have now. Should have done my research on these 6.0 L's before buying one.
