Unhappy Help superduty down!

I have a 2005 superduty 6.0, 4x4 and it wouldnt crank the other morning, came up with a crankshaft position code so I replaced it. now it cranks and cranks and cranks some more but will not turn over. has a p1378 unknown error code, will try rolling over with starting fluid , fuel is in the top mounted fuel filter but seems like it isnt getting into the cylinders, please any ideas would be greatly helpful, email is keithstang96@yahoo or of course on here , thank you all and happy thanksgiving
