Bad Body Security Module? 03 F250

2003 F250 6.0L, out of the blue, all doors will lock. It will stop as quickly as it starts. Every once in awhile, I'll open one of the doors and the horn will blow. Has anyone else had any problems like this? I pulled the BSM fuse today and it stopped the door locking, but now the radio stays on. I should also mention that it does have a remote starter wired into it, but I do believe I have it disabled. It's an Python system, but we disabled it months ago. Any help would be appreciated.
