Truck not running right at WOT

I know i should know this but i'm kinda stumped. I have a 04 F350 6.0 no motor mods other than a stright pipe exhaust. Whe the truck is cold it runs just fine is you don't ask to much out of it. If you try to go WOT the truck will rev like it want to go but acts like it hitting the rev limiter and wont shift. While its doing this blue smoke puffs come out the exhaust.
Things i have tried to do.
Clean EGR valve
New Fuel filters
New Air Filter
Oil change
New Trans fluid

Thanks for any help.

Have you checked for codes, both CEL and DTC. Did you check your fuel pressure? Have you checked your FICM?

I have checked for codes and have not found none. I did not check fuel pressure. And what is FICM?

FICM= Fuel Injection Control Module, This sends the current needed to fire the injectors, if the ficm is weak or bad, it will not send enough electricity to full operate the injectors. You can hook up to a good scanner to read the ficm voltage or you can remove the ficm cover to test it yourself. If your batteries are weak or if one is bad, you will not get the required voltage either. Fuel Press
