Truck doesnt have the Power it had last week? and some codes

Was driving the truck today, with Innovative Extreme Street tune, and when i get on the throttle it just doesnt have any balls, still cruises and gets up to speed fine but when i hammer it it just doesnt really want to move. Boost gets up to about 28-30, no more. EGT stays under 800, ECT and EOT are still good at about 183-195.

My SCT tuner is showing codes p0403 and p0405 (EGR codes) and i have deleted the EGR.

Anyone have any suggestions?

just read in another thread, and want to see if maybe this is the problem.

I replaced the fuel filters about 8-9k miles ago, but the other day, nearly ran out of fuel, I mean i was on fumes for a few miles and barely made it to the gas station. Could i have sucked some crap up that was in the bottom of the tank? could that explain it? let me know thanks guys

yup, that could do it. just replace the fuel filter and it might be a good idea to blow out the fuel lines

k, i'll try that, but the wierd thing is you would never know something was wrong just driving around town, and even getting up to highway speed as long as you stay out of the boost. It only when i punch it or give it some good boost when I notice it has no power. That still seem like possible fuel filters?

update...

Changed the fuel filters and its got its balls back..

however, if i give it a good Neutral Rev, when it gets to 500-1k rpm it sputters and "almost" stalls, hasnt stalled yet.

Any ideas? or is that just the last remaining dirty fuel in the line or somethin?

have you noticed if clearing the codes fixes the problem for awhile? A couple of weeks ago I noticed some poor performance while doing a 4hi launch for some friends, I checked for any codes and I got P0087 (fuel pressure to low). I cleared it and did another launch will full power. A couple of other times in the week I noticed all my power wasn't there on wot and checked for codes and there it was again; cleared it and performance was restored for a bit. turns out it was my high pressure fuel pump going out.
