Anyone ever have to deal with warranty issues threw Ford dealing with TURBO?

I have been taking my 05 F-250 in for some time now trying to see what is going on. A dealership finally found two problems. One, there is a high pressure oil leak some where in system and found a high pressure oil plug leaking. Two, they looked into my turbo as I was having really bad turbo lag. They found rust and corrosion in my turbo and a seal was bad. I bought the truck used and with 59K miles on it from a Ford Dealership. At time of purchase I also got a 4 year 100k warranty threw Ford. Now the warranty company is canceling my warranty, will NOT fix truck. The warranty company is saying that since the truck is lifted 6'' and has 35'' 20R tires that it is voided. I bought the truck as is from dealer. LIFT TIRES WERE ON. The warranty company is NOT saying the tires or lift is cause, but that I should not of been sold the warranty cause of any mods on truck. Any help or info with similar issue would be great. I am looking into calling the Better Business Bureau, and the dealer to have them either fix my truck and give me a warranty that will be upheld or they can take truck back and give me my down payment back to me.

I know what I would be doing if I was in your place..did you go back to the dealer that sold you that truck? If you haven't yet, it's time to do it now!! Did you take pictures of your truck at time of purchase..also if it is financed, your insurance company would have needed to see the truck to make sure what was on it. Talk to your insurance agent as well. I know in California if you purchase a used vehicle and want to get it insured, our insurance company (Allstate) demands that the vehicle be brought in for inspection prior to insuring it. Take your contract and any other papers that you received at the time of purchase and talk to the Customer Relations Manager..if you don't get anywhere with that person, talk to the owner of the dealership!! I would also ask that dealership to see the customer complain log (that is your right as a consumer). There are dealerships in Southern California (Sunrise Ford and others) that will have vehicles lifted and then make money on the aftermarket products. Then you know that they will offer an extended warranty. Let me know what happens or if you got it fixed.
