SCT cant find Stock File?

I just bought the SCT tsx. I hooked everything up and did everything the way i was supposed to and it says theres no stock file to save on the TSX. Does anyone know why? i had a banks six gun on before this but returned it to stock the way it said to. Am i doing something wrong or is there anything i can do to fix this? I am also waiting for replies from SCT.

I would wait and see what SCT says. My fear has been that my stock file gets corrupted and I can't find where I saved the backup ....

Shouldn't be too difficult to fix, but we need to get you on the phone. PM me your name and number if you're still waiting on us.

I spoke to someone from SCT yesterday i forgot to post back on here that we got it straightened out. I wasnt aware that you had to upload one of the tunes to get the stock file from the truck. I did that and the stock file became available right away. You guys were alot of help. Thanks.
