injector problem again
I just replaced #8 aboout a month ago and all was good when done. Today the truck started acting exactly like it did when it went out. I have a fuel pressure gauge and reads 60 psi. FICM checks good. I havent taken it in to dealer to diagnose yet but my question is has anyone had problems with putting injectors in and they comming loose in a short time? What did it feel l ike when it happened? I have thought about just opening it back up to see if this is the problem before i pay the $200 to the dealer to find problem. I get fuel same place i always have for a long time now. Is there a life span on these thinigs from new? I have 104k on the truck. What do you guys suggest. Money is pretty tight right now.
