Where do I go from here???? HELP

Ok today had to tow my truck over 100 miles to the orginal dealership that did the stud work. When i arrived they told me my truck was not going to be covered under warranty because of the aftermarket studs and egr delete. This is the same dealer that DID approve these to go in. Ofcourse the head of service that I was dealing with last year is gone and the mechanic too. I left the truck at this dealer and told him they will be hearing from a lawyer soon and they can discuss what will be done. They also said they do not have any paperwork of the aftermarket studs just notes of the work nothing that says "ARP STUDS". No telling how long this will take and the dealer is was at also put down that I had a chip but it was the Edge Insight. This is aweful and is there any good mod friendly dealers in the Atlanta area.

Be very careful threatening legal action when you have illegal modifications to your truck. Did that dealer perform the studs and egr delete, or just say it was okay with them? What issue are you having that they are denying warranty work?

The dealership that the truck is at right now did perform the stud and egr delete and that was with the last service manager. Now new service manager new mechanics and denying everything. They say that these are aftermarket products and do not meet for specs. He just asked me why I didnt put the ones Ford wanted back in tried to explain that these were better but nothing.

I would suggest bringing your truck to another dealer and seeing what they can do for you. Chances are that your truck is already flagged in the system though. If the HG's went again, and they can prove that the previous repair was faulty, then you may have some recourse. I know you don't want to hear this, but although the ARP studs are better than the OEM Ford, you're going to have a really hard time convincing Ford of that, unless another dealer is more forgiving I highly doubt that you'll get too far with this one. I'm also willing to bet that your repair receipts don't mention anything about the EGR delete.
