6.0 2003 F450 Doesn't start with key all the time.....

Hi; hope someone can help me out here, when you turn on the key all the dash lights light up as they are supposed to. Go to engage starter, you'll hear the relays clicking in the fuse box and a click at the starter solenoid. Sometimes it will turn over and sometimes it won't; when it does start, everything works as it should. Shut it off, go to restart and sometimes you will just get clicking as stated above. Just keep turning the key to start, off, start, off, start, off and eventually it will start. This is the second reman. starter, the original starter was weak and did the same thing. Put the first reman. starter on and it did the same thing, second one same thing. Batteries are new and fully charged, is there a solenoid on the passenger side, inner fender well? Checked all grounds, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I had a bad (+) cable to the starter once that did this. The wire looked good but wouldnt carry the amps it needed to. Maybe check over the cables real good and make sure everything is good and tight with no corrosion. i would also check voltage at the starter when it just clicks and see if it is infact getting full voltage. If not then it is upsstream somewhere. If it is then you either have a bad starter (i know you have put on two ) or your battery cable is not able to carry the amps even though it looks fine with the voltage.
