06' 6.0 lunging under a heavy load

I HAVE A 2006 POWERSTROKE WITH A 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANNY, THAT WHEN I'M PULLING A TRAILER AND START HEADING UP A HILL, THE ENGINE WILL LUNGE, I AM USUALLY AROUND 2200 RPM WHEN IT STARTS TO DO THIS. IF I LET OFF THE GAS, AND GET BACK INTO IT, IT WILL GO AWAY, SOMETIMES NOT THOUGH. DROPING A GEAR DOESN'T USUALLY HELP EITHER. ITS BEEN TO THE DEALER ONE TIME, AND THEY SAID THEY CLEANED THE TURBO, STILL DID IT AFTER THAT. IT ONLY HAS 28,000 ON IT, AND I DON'T PULL THE TRAILER AROUND MUCH, AND IT DOESN'T DO IT WHEN THERES NOT A HEAVY LOAD BEHIND IT, SO I HAVEN'T REALLY BEEN WORRIED ABOUT IT. SOON I WILL BE OUT OF WARRANTY AND I'D LIKE TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED BEFORE IT DOES IF I CAN.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

I would take it back to the dealer since it is still under warranty. Maybe try another dealer.... It does sound like the turbo is surging.
