Turbo Problems, Shaft Play, Oil Leak
The turbo of my 05 has been sitting on the bench for about with the exhaust side down and a plug in the oil drain hole. I went to clean it up and there is a big puddle of oil under it. The exhaust side has a lot of oil in it and there is a burnt oil scale on the inside.
Does this mean the oil seal is shot? I also seem to have a lot of shaft play. I can move the impeller side to side a lot...it doesn't hit the side but comes real close.
Just another broken part on the 6.0 tour from hell. The truck only has 75k on it and is dead.
