6.0 No Power.

A friend of mine has a 03/ 6.0 and is complaining of no power at low rpm or during first start up. When the engine is warm power seems normal but did notice some smoke sometimes. Any ideas?

I would check for any stored codes then check the FICM for proper voltage during cold and crank. If both are good, then he may have a stiction problem. I put 2 bottles of Rev-X in and my cold start issues went away.
