down pipe help

is there a certain way to hookup the downpipe, i got my truck back from the dealer and when i punch the throttle you can here the downpipe making a horrible noise,so i brought it back to them and they said they fixed it,well it is better than it was but it still does it,if there is a way for me to do it would someone please chime in,it only does it when punched,which is all the time lol.
