Chirp noise when I turn truck off

Bare with my guys Im a newbie to diesels. Im driving an 04 250 6.0. Just had the egr blocked off and oil cooler replaced. I notice a chirp when I turn the truck off. Its just a split second chirp. Is this cause for concern with the turbo or is this normal. It started after I got it back from the shop. Thanks in advance.

I kinda have the same thing on my truck, but to me it almost sounds like the belt... Our big rig has the same sound when you shut it down and I know for a fact that that is the belt (along it some crankshaft rattle). But on our trucks, I would assume that its a pulley that spins for a split second or the belt and that is whats making the noise and not the turbo.

Mine did that until I replaced the belt and tensioner...
