6.0 no start
i am working on a 2006 ford f-250 with a 6.0 engine . when it went to ford to have it checked out they said it was a bad egr cooler and oil cooler . this is the 5th time in 12000 miles it has happened so i did some research and found this is a common problem and found a company that sells the egr delete setup to fix it and put a new oil cooler in and still it wont start . now just to clarify i have been a master tech for 25 years and ford diesels since the 6.0 has been installed has been a really bad setup i know but need info on what to check next . i have oil pressure in the oil filter housing and no air in the fuel lines and no codes toso im thinking that it was miss diagnosed at ford and i have a bigger problem here can anyone steer me in the rite direction !! would appreciate all the help i can get !!

I don't think an egr cooler/oil cooler problem would create a no start problem. Just my opinion. I know you said you have no air in the fuel lines, but have you checked to see what your fuel pressure is up at the secondary fuel filter? No codes tells me all seems to be okay with FICM, etc... Might wanna check your fuel pressure for starters.
