Low MPG - HELP

I am new here and would like to hear what you think. I have a 05 6.0 Dually. 5' turbo back MBRP w/ cat delete, Superchips 1805 tuner, stock intake, stock tires. I did the exhaust and tuner at the same time. Since the mod my MPGs have fallen from around 17 to 15 not towing. When towing my 36' Fifth wheel (13000 lbs) my MPGs have gone from around 10 to 8. I did the mods to help with power and MPGs. The truck blew a head gasket at around 50000 mi and was covered by Ford this was also after the mods. Any ideas?

Try taking the tuner off and see what kind of mileage you get. I haven't heard much about that tuner you're using, but that doesn't mean much

I've run it with and with out the tuner. The best I can get is with the tuner set on performance. Of coures I am running Stock tune or tow safe when towing my trailer. Thanks.

have you changed your driving habbits? More of a lead foot since you got your tuner and exhaust?

My driving habits are about the same or I am trying to stay out of the throttle more to maximize my MPGs. I was wondering if it could be a dirty or Clogged ERG ?

that could be it, and also, are you hand calculating your MPG or are you going off of an odometer reading?

EGR could be clogging, could be a bad injector, could be dirty fuel filters, could be a BUNCH of things
