Loud Noise Turning

Hey guys, I need some help. The other day out of no where my truck started making a loud noise when turning left or right. I think the powersteering box is going out. I checked the fluid and the level is fine. Even if I just touch the steering wheel is makes almost a grinding noise like something is worn out. Any ideas?

BTW is an 04' 105k F-250 PSD

Until this I was going to say wheel bearings because mine made a griding noise when turning before it went. But nevermind now. Free bump!
