Low Idle RPM

Upon hot restart, the engine does not want to come up to idle RPM almost acts like it's starving for fuel and has no throttle response? After a minute or so the engine may or may not come up to Idle RPM and has plenty of throttle response if it does. Anyone else had or heard of this problem? Truck is being looked at by Ford, just curious if anyone else has experienced the same problems?

I have a 6.0, 2006 F250, FX4 with an Edge Platinum Tuner, 4 inch exhaust and K&N Cold Air intake. I know not everyone agrees with Edge and K&N on a Ford diesel, however the truck has 102000 miles and this is the first performance problem i have had.

Any help would be appreciated!
