No Power Anymore

This is the situation, in november I hit a tree due to ice on the roads they got it fixed brought it back and now it feels like the truck has no power and it is shifting really hard does anyone know what might be wrong. When the accident happened i had a hypertech max energy on stage 3 and now when i program the same stage it feels like the truck used to feel when it was stock. If anyone has any ideas that would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend calling the tech support line to find out exactly what needs to be done to get everything back the way it was..

I called them and they asked what codes were coming up but there is nothing coming up. I did a little more research on the engine itself and have found that there are a lot of problems that happen with the 6.0 including computer problems. I was thinking that this might have something to do with what I have going on. If anyone has went through this let me know what you did to get your power back.
