geting wierd codes... and runs like crap sometimes.NEED HELP!!!

hey ive been having this problem for quite awile now, i have a 04 6.0L with 70,000Kms on it and ive been having this problem for about 30,000kms but i have just ived with it. it will have tones of power some times then just piddle out all within a few mintutes. i changed 2 injectors because i had a low contribution code for #1 and #5 and still have the codes. some times. but in the last fre days i got 2 more codes, these are the codes i have now.

-Ficm supply voltage low (All the time)
-Fuel level sensor curcut fault
-Cylinder #1 contrubution low (only sometimes)
-Cylinder #5 contrubution low (most of the time)
-P0649-Cruise control lamp cirut fault
-P01334- (dont know what this code is)
-U0105 Lost communication with FICM (have gotten that twice now)
-U0306 Software Incompatitabillity with FICM (Just got that today)
I was thinking the ficm or pcm or harness any ideas??????????????? need help! or gonna put a cummins in it

I just got a few codes come up along with bad performance.
P006A
P0221
P0401
P2287
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT
Would the egr cause it to run rough with hard starts. Thinking of doing the egr delete from RCD.

hopefully some of the 6.0 guys will pop in. I have a 7.3 but can help with figuring out codes.............good luck. what else are these trucks doing, it might help them help you!!
YOU MENTIONED HARNESS....why? if it is hacked up like mine, it doesn't like that

How is the truck running cause I have a 6.0 with a hypertech and after and accident the truck has never been the same the power doesnt change and it will not reprogram.
