No power under acceleration

I have an 03 6.0 liter F-350 that has recently lost all power anytime I press the accelerator past 1/3 down. If I pump the throttle, I can keep acceleration but otherwise it acts like there is no fuel.

I've replaced both fuel filters already.

Any thoughts on what might be wrong?

No smoke is visible.

Thanks!

you have access to a scanner to pull codes. That's usually the best place to start. Could have something to do with the throttle position sensor but its just guess-work until you have some codes pulled.
