crazy door locks & guages 06 6.0

I could really use some help if anyone has any info. just put an alpine head unit in and used an aftermarket harness made all the connections tested for constant and switched power everything works as it should. however now when i shut the truck off the guages and doorlocks flash crazily until i pop the door open to get out any ideas what would cause this. i double checked all connections and nothing seems loose or exposed. radio works, no fuses blew during install, i have done plenty of installs but i know just enough to be dangerous beyond that any help would be great! long time viewer first time posting. thanks
