04 f350 light smoke lose of power.

truck has all the power till it warms up then gets sluggish light black smoke when i get on it im using about a gallon of coolent a week last year changed egr valve ficm,pcm,and 4 injectors this jan i changed one more injector. im still getting fuel in my oil just totally confused and dont know if i should do a egr bypass to cure coolent use and rplace last three injectors or if there is a way to test the cooler and injectors with out taking them outany help is greatly aprriciated
