Summary of it all....Sorry for all the post...What do you think is wrong

Ok so heres everything now thinks to everyone from other post. Sorry i have had to post so many lately. Anyways about 2 weeks ago im going up a hill unloaded and lose all power blowin smoke everywhere. So i take it in ford tells me there are no codes and they couldnt find anything wrong. ok truck been runnin good since but this mornin on my way to work cruisin at 65 for 15 mins truck just started buckin hard like a mule, so i turned off the cruise control and then pushed back down started doing it again let off a little longer and it was good. Truck is throwing a p0405 Egr sensor circuit A low and nothing else. Truck runs and starts perfect everytime and Coolant levels are good. 1500 miles ago i got a new egr cooler/oil cooler/HG'S, Crankcase bolts and seals. So it still has original egr valve that i know of, has 93000 miles on it. Im about to do the items listed in my sig. SO are these problems related to each other and do yall think its just a bad/really dirty egr valve. If so should i clean/replace or just wait cause egr delete is going in next week. If not what do yall think is wrong

Take out and clean your egr valve, remember to get a new O ring kit it will be around 10 bucks IIRC. Take your time, they are a bugger to get out. While you have it out, look down the hole. It should be dry. If it is wet, your cooler is shot.
