Exhaust hitting cab

Installed a Magnaflow turbo back exhaust on my 06 6.0 about two months ago and no matter how much I mess with it I can't get it away from the cab. It's rattling inside and driving me crazy! It's hitting right above where the firewall, transmission tunnel, and floor all come together. I took the pinch weld and bent it out of the way and rounded it off and repainted it but I guess it wasn't hitting there. I'm getting pretty frustrated.

I tried that. It seems like no matter how much I tighten the v-clamp on the turbo, it always moves back. I was thinking of ordering a roll of header wrap from Jegs and wraping the downpipe from the turbo down to the first bend.

Mine will hit on the trans crossmember, but doesnt look like it is hitting and makes a horrible sound.

i have to kick it out of the way once a month. One day when I have access to a welder I'll weld it in place.

That's the way mine is. When I crawl under there it really doesn't look like it's hitting but I know it is because I can hear it.
