i will be sure to let everyone in on what i found out, i hope to get this resolved on the next visit, im just throwing money at an unknown issue. i was thinking either bad egr valve or the icp wire harness, as i only replaced the sensor...

Sounds like your turbo veins are sticking. I would try a different dealer.

would the turbo vanes sticking cause a code to come up?? and as far as keeping everyone updated, it is the very least i could do after all the wonderful help you all have given me, it is going to the dealer around 2pm pst today, thanks to everyone !!!!!!

ok here is an update. they could not look at it on thurs so i will be taking in on friday.
