EGR Liberator Delete CEL? how do i get rid of it?

I've done EGR Deletes and head studs to two different trucks ones an 05 and the other is an 06. I know 05 and below doesnt make the truck throw the check engine light code. My ? is can i do something to delete it? The first truck i did it on was one of my own. But the other truck i did it on was a "Pretty Boy" friend of mine and he doesnt like it... So help me out guys thanks

Custom tuned SCT is the only thing that will clear the EGR delete code
