LF Tire Squeal When Slowing/Braking???

Over the summer my LF tire started squealing when under 15mph coming to a stop. It did it bad in tow/haul mode when the trans would downshift. Also does it when braking. Sound only starts under 15mph.
Ok had front end realigned and ball joints replaced on left side as one was bad. LF tire showed excessive wear on outer edge of tread.
Noise went away for about a month and 1500 miles and is now back again! A little worse too.
Any ideas where to look before I sink more money into the issue? Truck drives well, tracks straight, rides fine. Squeal is embarassing as it sounds like I am standing on the brakes to stop when in fact I am stopping normal.
Truck has 61K miles, bought at 51K miles and has been flawless to date.

My 99 F-250 was doing the same thing you explained a while back and it turned out to be a wheel bearing, same tire too.

Thanks. I was thinking wheel bearing next. Although when I had it jacked up there was little if any play up and down or side to side.
