Been working on these things 7 years at a Ford dealer and never seen a FICM cause a no crank, doesnt mean it doesnt need a FICM though, but something else is causing the no crank.....
Any idea what codes they got?

Yeah it sounds like you definitetely need a FICM. The PCM's very rarely fail........its possible your tuner is the cause. The PCM is causing it not to crank over.

after more research, im convinced it was the scrt tuner. which is also fried since having it repaired it runs great. (stock tune ) but im sending my tuner to sct today to have it fixed. for goodness sake, i hope this dosnt happen to anyone else. this blows.
