I had the p0006a code thrown a couple days ago. P0006 is Fuel Shutoff Valve "A" Control Circuit Low. My truck has not been running strange or doing anything out of the ordinary. Maybe someone else has some more info on this code. 0401 and 0404 are insufficient egr flow and egr valve performance out of range. P0683 Glow plug diagnostic signal communication fault.

replace the egr valve , clear the codes , test drive and see what comes back, nothing i would say, p0683 is the glow plug module, replace that to, dont sweat the other two, i would also consider getting the latest calibration update from ford

P006a is MAP air flow correlation, typically sets along with p132b and p0401. These codes occur after the inferred EP calibration is programmed per FSA 06e17. It means the turbo VGT control solenoid has not learned the strategy, usually it doesnt learn because conditions are not met. Could be stuck EGR valve or intake leaks. The black smoke is most likely cause by the EGR valve sticking open, this set the p0404.
