Too much boost?

Can someone tell me how to keep my hose from blowing off the turbo on my 2006 f-250 6.0 with only 3860 miles on it, was driving home to nite and darn near pissed myself, put the foot down hit about 26-27 psi of boost and poof the hose blows this has never happened before, the hose has worked loose before but never come clear off till now. Any shared ideas would be much appreciated.

Yeah, that would work, that is what I used to use with bike grips. White Rain works real well on that kinda stuff. Should work with the hose too.

How complicated of a fix to you want to get into.???

The best remedy for this is to do some welding, and hold the connection together with metal straps... then the hose simply functions as a seal. Not sure I'd mess with it for someting that won't see ove 35 psi.. but if you ever decide to go for big air.. it's the only way to live.

With that low of mileage?? I'd be bringing it back to the dealer every time it happened. On the third try, tell them you want a new truck. Then, they will fix it right.
