Engine will not start

I did a 6.0 swap into a 2000 Superduty. I swapped the entire dash, and harness. Everything comes on with the key, but the engine.

A guy on another board suggested that I unplug the single wire male/female connector on the passenger side of the engine bay and jump the male side of the connector to see if the engine turns over. It runs when I do this, but I can not put it into gear and the accelerator pedal does not work.

What might be the problem?

Thanks

You got kahoneus or how ever you spell it. To do a 7.3L swap out to a 6.0L why did you decide to do this swap if you don't mind me asking.

I am curious did you swap out the PCM for the new 6.0L

Wow.. that is a very interesting swap... It sounds like you did things right, and were very thorough about it. I'm sure you will find your gremlin soon.

When you get some time... let's see some pics.

7.3 was getting ready for a rebuild, and had a buddy that rolled his truck. I swapped EVERYTHING. It was alot of work. I'll post some pics when I get it running.
