Clean and tighten up your battery cable connections. That's EXACTLY what happened to me. Everything on these trucks is meant to run on at least 9v, when it's below that all the relays click and things go hay wire. Mine got real corroded and a bit loose. Try that, it's free. I bought a battery post/cable brush, worked great.

You've got a ground issue. Did they have the cab off when the studs were done?

That's what is wrong. When they reinstalled the cab, the didn't get all of the ground straps/cables hooked up.

yep, looks like a ground issue. There is one that connects engine to body at the passenger side firewall. Also on passenger side about mid cab on frame. There may be more, but these are two that I know of. Also check all the connections on driver side fender area directly behind the driver side battery. One of those connections could be loose.

I picked it up from the shop. It was a little sluggish to start then but just thought since it was unhooked for a week. Then i go home let it sit for about 2hrs then go to start and nothin. Got it to fire once and went to the store and some other places leaving it running the whole time to let it charge (thought it was batteries) then came home and went to start it that night and nothin and have not been able to start since. Did not do anything to electrical.

I checked the one mid frame and all the connectors behind driverside battery. The engine one to the battery is that low or high were it connects to the firewall?
