It's directly on the passenger side firewall above the evap housing. The strap goes from there to the rt rear cylinder head.

I'd start at the batteries. I recently had an issue with mine. Went a few weeks with a sluggish/long crank before it fired up... one day I get to work, try to restart it, then everything went crazy! Could hear all my relays cycling and then nothing when I turned the key. Was getting 7.8V at the power outlet in the dash. Cleaned/wire brushed battery posts AND clamps (didn't even look that bad) till they were shiny again. Now it starts better than it ever did!

Well my mechanic guy called me today and said he thinks its the batteries cause they put a charger on one and a jump box on the other to get it started on Friday. He said he just forgot to tell me they did that so i am gonna try new batteries

Can bad batteries give out good voltage when just sitting there?? I bet there is a difference with a load on it vs just sitting there?

yeah they give out "good/better" voltage with say a multimeter but when using a load tester it could drop to 6 volts.

i invested in a load tester and it has been great. multimeters are great for finding sources and stuff but i never use that to test my battery

Technically anything under 12.6v is considered dead. And like I said the trucks are made for 9v or more, if everything receives less than that, your video will happen.

You should charge the batteries, take the to an auto parts place, and have them load tested.

I would def have the batteries tested before you buy new ones and also clean your battery cables.
