HELP, CAN'T FIND BAD FUSE, IS IT A RELAY?
This morning I noticed that my signal lights aren't working, along with the overhead console. My hazards work just fine as do my brake lights. I checked everything else I could think of to see if there was something else not working. I cannot seem to find a bad fuse, is it a relay? or is there another set of fuses on the truck other than those under the dash? Thanks in advance for any help.
UPDATE: Now the power that feeds the vacuum pump under the hood is not energized, and no blown fuse for that. WTF is going on? Last edited by tekurtz : 07-01-2009 at 08:05 PM. Reason: Update |

6 months ago I replaced the signal relay with a Electronic LED relay for all 4 signal lights that are now LED. It seems to be functioning fine seeing as the hazzard lights work and the relay 'clicks'. What makes me think it's a fuse or relay is because the overhead console display with temp and such has no power. Is there another fuse box under the hood?
I'll try putting in the old relay to see if anything changes Update: I put the old relay back in and it didn't do anything different. I found a fuse box under the hood with a few relays and fuses. The fuses are good. 2 of the relays are triggered when I have the hazards on, everything seems to be functioning properly there. Last edited by tekurtz : 07-01-2009 at 08:04 PM. Reason: Update |
