Alright, I'll throw some more pics up later, but right now, here's where it stands. I have all the mounting hardware in and the carpet attached to the sides. I cut out the face plates, (I'm staining and polying the faceplates to match the Lariat wood trim under the windows), and then it's just a matter of bolting her in.

Almost
So still have to stain and poly the wood and glue down and trim the carpet edges but it's in the truck and functional so here's some pics:
