doesnt the truck do that automatically? when i start my truck in the morning it idle's up by itself when i get in to leave as soon as i hit the break it idles down.
what is the differ. my truck is an 05 350

Your truck should idle up to maybe 1000rpm's max until warmed up. With the high idle mod, it will idle up to 1200-1250rpm's and even more if there is a load on the electrical system depending on how you wire the high idle up.

So far I have my sirius radio all wired in behind the dash in to the indash dvd so i dont have to find a clear channel on FM to listen to the sirius so I hooked it up to #1 switch to turn on the sirius receiver I am planning on hooking up my big inverter to the #2 switch and mounting it under the back seat so I can plug any thing in I want while out having fun (like the blender!)
I like the idle up idea good on ya

1-activates relays to control the hoist on my dump trailer, or the winch on the flatdeck
2-reverse lights and loading lights on the trailer
3-solenoid for the aux fuel tank
4-high idle

Why didn't you just use the remote turn on lead from the head unit?
