How hard would it be to retrofit a truck without heated seats with heaters ? They didn't offer heaters in '99 when I bought my truck.

$80 per element plus switches and wiring ? And a few hours of labor ?

I dont think mine works. whenever I ride in the passenger seat I always get hot when the seat it on. It works so much better than the drivers side.

subscribing......I've got this same problem. Passenger side works fine. Drivers side is hit or miss, works intermittantly. I looked under the seat best I could, but there are way more connections under there then I would have thought. Anyone know which one goes to the heating element? Ford quoted me $800.00 for a new seat. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh......yeah, right.
