Crew Cab rear headrest - how to remove?

With our two child seats, if I could get these out, it would sure be easier to clean and the adjustable headrest on the car seats wouldn't press into them.

Ideas?

If you push in on the tab near the base as you pull up on the headrest it should come all the way out.

2 buttons or tabs. One on each. Push the one on the right to pull it all the way up. Push the small tab on the left shaft to remove.
