Adding Armrest

I want to remove the center seat and ad armrests to my bukets. Is this possible?

What do I need to do this other than the armrest? Is there a bracket that must be installed inside the seat?

I dont like the Center Seat and want a regular center console. If you all can help me figure this out, I will be getting rid of my center seat. I searched and did not find anything. Has anyone done this before?

Hmm, good question. I would be interested as well. I have seen replacement seats, but never heard anyone trying to tackle this (other than me...) Good luck!

I wish that I could see under the leather on a seat with armrests. Then I could do a comparison as to what I am looking for. I dont have any friends with Captains Chairs in their Superdutys.

Did you take your armrests off? I may be willing to trade you for the parts if we can figure out if they will work. Then I will just buy new covers for the armrests in the color I need. You will have to figure out how to change the color of the center seat.

Isn't there one that the center seat folds into an armrest?

so not spending alot of money, I was being serious before, only you missed it with my sarcasm I think Post your bench on craigs list and find some one with the same interior as yours in your area that has captains and wants to trade you, straight up or for some cash differance, I found some one here after less than a week he is sending pics if his bench is in decent shape he just scored my captains and center console, sure I am not the only one out there that has run into the need for the extra seat, also if you have the 40/20/40 and you add arm rest then you have to remove your center seat any how because it wont fit with the arm rest, then you are going to pay hundreds for the center console, why not just trade some one, and spend the money and have all your seats reapolstered <--- spelling sorry?
